Precios y pago
Los precios están en euros e incluyen los impuestos aplicables. El pago se hace a través de PayPal, con tu cuenta de PayPal o con tarjeta de débito o crédito sin necesidad de cuenta. Tus datos de pago van cifrados directamente a PayPal: nosotros nunca los vemos ni los guardamos. Solo damos el pedido por pagado cuando PayPal confirma el cobro.
Tarjetas regalo
- Entrega: son digitales. Te llegan por email en cuanto se confirma el pago, con un código único. Si no la recibes, revisa la carpeta de spam o escríbenos.
- Validez: 1 año desde la fecha de compra. La fecha exacta aparece en la tarjeta.
- Uso: se canjean en el estudio por servicios de La Gomera Tattoo (tatuaje, piercing o micropigmentación capilar, según indique la tarjeta), en una sola visita. Si el servicio cuesta más, se paga la diferencia.
- Descuentos del club: si al comprarla usaste un código de descuento, la tarjeta vale para el servicio elegido. En «Varios servicios» se aplica el descuento más bajo.
- No se pueden cambiar por dinero ni revender. Guarda el código como si fuera dinero: quien lo presenta puede usarlo.
Derecho de desistimiento (tarjetas regalo)
Tienes 14 días naturales desde la compra para desistir sin dar explicaciones, siempre que la tarjeta no se haya canjeado. Para hacerlo, escríbenos a info@lagomeratattoo.com o por WhatsApp indicando tu nombre y el número de pedido. Anularemos la tarjeta y te devolveremos el importe pagado, por el mismo medio de pago, en un plazo máximo de 14 días.
Señal de las citas
- La cita se confirma con el pago de la señal (normalmente el 50 % del precio acordado), que se descuenta del total el día de la sesión.
- La señal reserva la fecha y la hora en exclusiva para ti y cubre el trabajo de diseño, por eso no se devuelve si cancelas o no te presentas.
- Puedes cambiar la fecha avisando con al menos 72 horas de antelación, y la señal se mantiene para la nueva fecha.
- Al tratarse de un servicio con fecha concreta reservada para ti, no se aplica el derecho de desistimiento de 14 días (artículo 103 de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios).
- Si por cualquier motivo el estudio tuviera que cancelar la cita, te ofreceremos otra fecha o te devolveremos la señal íntegra, como prefieras.
Bodas, eventos y empresas
Se rigen por el presupuesto personalizado que te enviamos. Para reservar la fecha se paga el 50 %, que no se devuelve si el evento se cancela, salvo que se acuerde otra cosa por escrito.
Regalos y códigos del Club La Gomera Tattoo
Los códigos de descuento y regalos del club (bienvenida, cumpleaños, después de la visita) son personales, de un solo uso y válidos durante el plazo indicado en cada uno. El saldo por recomendaciones dura 3 meses y se renueva cada vez que un amigo recomendado vuelve a comprar. Códigos, regalos y saldo son válidos solo para servicios del estudio (tatuaje, piercing con su joya incluida o micropigmentación capilar), no para productos ni joyas sueltas, y no se pueden cambiar por dinero. El regalo de cumpleaños es para socios que ya son clientes del estudio, con al menos 100 € gastados en servicios, productos o tarjetas regalo (no cuenta el saldo del club), y se canjea en el estudio presentando el DNI o pasaporte.
Propinas
Son voluntarias y no se devuelven, salvo error en el pago.
Bonos de servicio comprados en la tienda
Los bonos de servicio (por ejemplo, un piercing pagado online) son válidos durante 1 año desde la compra. Mientras no hayas pedido cita, puedes solicitar la devolución del importe escribiéndonos a info@lagomeratattoo.com o por WhatsApp. En el momento en que reservas la cita, la mitad del importe pasa a ser la señal de esa cita: esa mitad no se devuelve y la cita solo se puede cambiar avisando con al menos 72 horas de antelación.
Tienda online: envíos y devoluciones
Los pedidos de la tienda se pagan por adelantado con PayPal o tarjeta y se envían desde Valle Gran Rey (La Gomera) en un plazo habitual de 1 a 3 días laborables. El envío a Canarias es gratuito; a la península, Baleares y el resto de la Unión Europea se aplica la tarifa que ves antes de pagar. Canarias tiene su propio régimen de aduanas: en los envíos fuera de Canarias, los impuestos de importación y gastos de aduana que pueda haber los paga quien recibe el paquete y los cobra la empresa de transporte al entregar.
Tienes 14 días naturales desde que recibes el pedido para desistir de la compra, escribiéndonos a info@lagomeratattoo.com o por WhatsApp. El producto debe devolverse sin usar y en su estado original; los gastos de devolución corren por tu cuenta y te reembolsamos el importe en un máximo de 14 días desde que lo recibimos. Por razones de higiene y protección de la salud, no se admite la devolución de joyas de piercing, cremas ni pegatinas de curación que se hayan desprecintado. Si un producto llega dañado o no es el que pediste, escríbenos y lo solucionamos sin coste para ti.
Facturas
Tras el pago recibes la confirmación por email y el justificante de PayPal. Si necesitas factura, pídenosla con tus datos fiscales.

Escríbenos a info@lagomeratattoo.com o por WhatsApp y lo resolvemos contigo. También tienes a tu disposición hojas de reclamaciones en el estudio. Estas condiciones se rigen por la ley española; si eres consumidor, podrás acudir a los tribunales de tu domicilio.

Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes. Payment is made through PayPal, with your PayPal account or by debit or credit card without an account. Your payment details are encrypted and sent straight to PayPal: we never see or store them. An order is only marked as paid once PayPal confirms the payment.
Gift cards
- Delivery: they are digital and arrive by email as soon as the payment is confirmed, with a unique code. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder or contact us.
- Validity: 1 year from the date of purchase. The exact date is shown on the card.
- Use: redeemable at the studio for La Gomera Tattoo services (tattoo, piercing or scalp micropigmentation, as stated on the card), in a single visit. If the service costs more, you pay the difference.
- Club discounts: if you used a discount code, the card is valid for the service chosen. For “Mixed services” the lowest discount applies.
- They cannot be exchanged for cash or resold. Keep the code safe like cash: whoever presents it can use it.
Right of withdrawal (gift cards)
You have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw without giving any reason, as long as the card has not been redeemed. To do so, email info@lagomeratattoo.com or message us on WhatsApp with your name and order number. We will cancel the card and refund the amount paid, using the same payment method, within 14 days at the latest.
Appointment deposits
- Your appointment is confirmed when the deposit is paid (usually 50% of the agreed price), which is deducted from the total on the day of the session.
- The deposit reserves the date and time exclusively for you and covers the design work, so it is non-refundable if you cancel or don’t show up.
- You can change the date with at least 72 hours’ notice, and the deposit is kept for the new date.
- As this is a service reserved for you on a specific date, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (article 103 of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act).
- If the studio ever has to cancel your appointment, we will offer you another date or refund the full deposit, whichever you prefer.
Weddings, events and businesses
These are governed by the personalised quote we send you. A 50% payment reserves the date and is non-refundable if the event is cancelled, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
La Gomera Tattoo Club gifts and codes
Club discount codes and gifts (welcome, birthday, after your visit) are personal, single-use and valid for the period stated on each one. Referral credit lasts 3 months and renews every time a referred friend buys again. Codes, gifts and credit are valid only for studio services (tattoo, piercing with its jewellery included or scalp micropigmentation), not for products or jewellery on their own, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The birthday gift is for members who are already clients of the studio, having spent at least €100 on services, products or gift cards (club credit doesn’t count), and is redeemed at the studio on presentation of an ID card or passport.
Tips
Tips are voluntary and non-refundable, except in case of a payment error.
Service vouchers bought in the shop
Service vouchers (for example, a piercing paid online) are valid for 1 year from purchase. As long as you haven’t booked an appointment, you can ask for a refund by emailing info@lagomeratattoo.com or messaging us on WhatsApp. As soon as you book, half of the amount becomes the deposit for that appointment: that half is non-refundable and the appointment can only be changed with at least 72 hours’ notice.
Online shop: shipping and returns
Shop orders are paid in advance with PayPal or card and shipped from Valle Gran Rey (La Gomera), usually within 1–3 working days. Shipping to the Canary Islands is free; to mainland Spain, the Balearics and the rest of the European Union, the rate shown before payment applies. The Canary Islands have their own customs regime: for shipments outside the Canary Islands, any import taxes and customs charges are paid by the recipient and collected by the carrier on delivery.
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase by emailing info@lagomeratattoo.com or messaging us on WhatsApp. The product must be returned unused and in its original condition; return shipping is at your expense and we refund you within 14 days of receiving it. For hygiene and health-protection reasons, piercing jewellery, creams and healing stickers cannot be returned once unsealed. If a product arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, message us and we’ll fix it at no cost to you.
Invoices
After paying you receive the confirmation by email and PayPal’s receipt. If you need an invoice, ask us and send your billing details.
Questions and complaints
Email info@lagomeratattoo.com or message us on WhatsApp and we’ll sort it out with you. Official complaint forms are also available at the studio. These terms are governed by Spanish law; if you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence.

Preise und Zahlung
Die Preise sind in Euro und enthalten die anfallenden Steuern. Die Zahlung erfolgt über PayPal – mit deinem PayPal-Konto oder per Debit- oder Kreditkarte ohne Konto. Deine Zahlungsdaten werden verschlüsselt direkt an PayPal übertragen: Wir sehen oder speichern sie nie. Eine Bestellung gilt erst als bezahlt, wenn PayPal die Zahlung bestätigt.
Geschenkkarten
- Lieferung: Sie sind digital und kommen per E-Mail mit einem einmaligen Code, sobald die Zahlung bestätigt ist. Wenn du sie nicht bekommst, schau im Spam-Ordner nach oder schreib uns.
- Gültigkeit: 1 Jahr ab Kaufdatum. Das genaue Datum steht auf der Karte.
- Einlösung: im Studio für Leistungen von La Gomera Tattoo (Tattoo, Piercing oder Haar-Mikropigmentierung, wie auf der Karte angegeben), bei einem einzigen Besuch. Kostet die Leistung mehr, zahlst du die Differenz.
- Club-Rabatte: Hast du einen Rabattcode genutzt, gilt die Karte für die gewählte Leistung. Bei „Gemischte Leistungen“ gilt der niedrigste Rabatt.
- Sie können nicht in Bargeld umgetauscht oder weiterverkauft werden. Bewahre den Code wie Bargeld auf: Wer ihn vorzeigt, kann ihn nutzen.
Widerrufsrecht (Geschenkkarten)
Du hast 14 Kalendertage ab dem Kauf Zeit, ohne Angabe von Gründen zu widerrufen, solange die Karte nicht eingelöst wurde. Schreib dazu an info@lagomeratattoo.com oder per WhatsApp mit deinem Namen und der Bestellnummer. Wir stornieren die Karte und erstatten dir den gezahlten Betrag über dieselbe Zahlungsart, spätestens innerhalb von 14 Tagen.
Anzahlung für Termine
- Dein Termin ist bestätigt, sobald die Anzahlung bezahlt ist (in der Regel 50 % des vereinbarten Preises). Sie wird am Tag der Sitzung vom Gesamtpreis abgezogen.
- Die Anzahlung reserviert Datum und Uhrzeit exklusiv für dich und deckt die Designarbeit, deshalb wird sie bei Absage oder Nichterscheinen nicht erstattet.
- Du kannst den Termin mit mindestens 72 Stunden Vorlauf verschieben; die Anzahlung bleibt für den neuen Termin bestehen.
- Da es sich um eine Leistung an einem für dich reservierten Termin handelt, gilt das 14-tägige Widerrufsrecht nicht (Artikel 103 des spanischen Verbraucherschutzgesetzes).
- Muss das Studio einen Termin absagen, bieten wir dir einen neuen Termin an oder erstatten die volle Anzahlung – wie du möchtest.
Hochzeiten, Events und Firmen
Hier gilt das individuelle Angebot, das wir dir schicken. Zur Reservierung des Datums werden 50 % gezahlt; bei Absage des Events wird dieser Betrag nicht erstattet, sofern nichts anderes schriftlich vereinbart ist.
Geschenke und Codes des La Gomera Tattoo Clubs
Rabattcodes und Geschenke des Clubs (Willkommen, Geburtstag, nach dem Besuch) sind persönlich, einmal einlösbar und für den jeweils angegebenen Zeitraum gültig. Empfehlungsguthaben gilt 3 Monate und verlängert sich jedes Mal, wenn ein empfohlener Freund wieder etwas kauft. Codes, Geschenke und Guthaben gelten nur für Leistungen des Studios (Tattoo, Piercing inklusive Schmuck oder Haar-Mikropigmentierung), nicht für einzelne Produkte oder Schmuck, und können nicht in Bargeld umgetauscht werden. Das Geburtstagsgeschenk gilt für Mitglieder, die schon Kunden des Studios sind und mindestens 100 € für Leistungen, Produkte oder Geschenkkarten ausgegeben haben (Club-Guthaben zählt nicht), und wird im Studio gegen Vorlage von Ausweis oder Reisepass eingelöst.
Trinkgeld
Trinkgeld ist freiwillig und wird nicht erstattet, außer bei einem Zahlungsfehler.
Im Shop gekaufte Leistungsgutscheine
Leistungsgutscheine (zum Beispiel ein online bezahltes Piercing) sind ab Kauf 1 Jahr gültig. Solange du noch keinen Termin gebucht hast, kannst du per E-Mail an info@lagomeratattoo.com oder per WhatsApp die Rückerstattung verlangen. Sobald du einen Termin buchst, gilt die Hälfte des Betrags als Anzahlung für diesen Termin: Diese Hälfte wird nicht erstattet, und der Termin kann nur mit mindestens 72 Stunden Vorlauf verschoben werden.
Onlineshop: Versand und Rückgabe
Bestellungen im Shop werden im Voraus per PayPal oder Karte bezahlt und in der Regel innerhalb von 1–3 Werktagen aus Valle Gran Rey (La Gomera) verschickt. Der Versand auf die Kanaren ist kostenlos; aufs spanische Festland, die Balearen und in die übrige EU gilt der vor der Zahlung angezeigte Tarif. Die Kanaren sind ein eigenes Zollgebiet: Bei Sendungen außerhalb der Kanaren zahlt der Empfänger eventuelle Einfuhrabgaben und Zollgebühren, die das Transportunternehmen bei der Zustellung erhebt.
Du hast 14 Kalendertage ab Erhalt der Bestellung, um vom Kauf zurückzutreten – per E-Mail an info@lagomeratattoo.com oder per WhatsApp. Das Produkt muss unbenutzt und im Originalzustand zurückgeschickt werden; die Rücksendekosten trägst du, und wir erstatten den Betrag innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Eingang. Aus Hygiene- und Gesundheitsgründen sind Piercingschmuck, Cremes und Heilungsfolien nach dem Öffnen von der Rückgabe ausgeschlossen. Kommt ein Produkt beschädigt an oder ist es nicht das bestellte, schreib uns und wir lösen das kostenlos für dich.
Rechnungen
Nach der Zahlung bekommst du die Bestätigung per E-Mail und den PayPal-Beleg. Wenn du eine Rechnung brauchst, frag uns mit deinen Rechnungsdaten.

Schreib an info@lagomeratattoo.com oder per WhatsApp und wir klären es mit dir. Offizielle Beschwerdeformulare liegen auch im Studio bereit. Es gilt spanisches Recht; als Verbraucher kannst du dich an die Gerichte an deinem Wohnsitz wenden.
