Qué datos tratamos y para qué

Consultas y presupuestos. Lo que envías por el formulario (nombre, email o teléfono, servicio, los datos que pide cada servicio, las fotos que decidas subir y tu idea o tu caso) se guarda en nuestra base de datos para responderte, darte presupuesto y hacer seguimiento, y nos llega también por email. Si nos escribes por WhatsApp, se aplica además la política de WhatsApp. Base legal: tu solicitud. Las fotos (por ejemplo, las de tu cabeza para la micropigmentación) se guardan en un almacén privado que solo ve Darío, y se borran al borrar la consulta.
Tarjetas regalo. Tu nombre, email, teléfono opcional, el nombre de la persona que recibe la tarjeta y el mensaje, para emitir, enviar y verificar la tarjeta (válida 1 año) y avisarte antes de que caduque. Base legal: la compra que nos pides.
Clientes y consentimientos informados. Antes de un tatuaje, micropigmentación o piercing, la normativa canaria (Decreto 154/2004) nos obliga a llevar un registro de clientes y a guardar el consentimiento informado firmado. Base legal: obligación legal.
Cuestionario de salud. Las preguntas de salud del consentimiento sirven para hacer el procedimiento con seguridad. Son datos especialmente protegidos y solo los tratamos con tu consentimiento expreso.
Fotos, vídeos y contenido audiovisual. Solo publicamos fotos, vídeos u otro contenido de tu trabajo (en el que puede aparecer tu imagen, incluida tu cara) en la web, en redes o en material promocional si nos das permiso en el consentimiento. Si no quieres que se vea tu cara, basta con decírnoslo. Puedes retirar el permiso cuando quieras.
Club La Gomera Tattoo. Solo si te unes (en la página del club o marcando la casilla del formulario) y lo confirmas desde el email que te enviamos: tu email, tu nombre, tu idioma y, si nos los das, tu fecha de cumpleaños, tu teléfono y tu dirección. Los usamos para enviarte tus regalos (bienvenida y cumpleaños) con su código de descuento, recordatorios antes de que caduquen, novedades, huecos libres y promociones del estudio. Base legal: tu consentimiento. Cada email lleva un enlace para darte de baja; al darte de baja dejamos de enviarte nada. Los códigos de descuento que uses quedan registrados para que no se puedan usar dos veces.
Propinas. Si dejas una propina desde las páginas de cuidados: el importe y, si nos los das, tu nombre, tu email (para darte las gracias) y tu mensaje. El pago lo procesa PayPal. Base legal: la gestión del pago y nuestras obligaciones contables.
Publicidad. No te enviaremos publicidad salvo que lo aceptes expresamente, por separado.

Cuánto tiempo los guardamos

El registro de clientes y los consentimientos se conservan al menos 5 años desde la fecha del procedimiento, como exige el Decreto 154/2004. Los datos de las tarjetas regalo se guardan mientras la tarjeta pueda usarse y durante los plazos fiscales aplicables. Las consultas que no terminan en cita se eliminan como máximo a los 2 años.

Quién más accede a tus datos

No vendemos ni cedemos tus datos. Usamos proveedores que los tratan por cuenta nuestra (alojamiento web; Supabase para la base de datos, con servidores en Irlanda; Resend para el envío de emails). Los pagos online (tarjetas regalo y propinas) los procesa PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxemburgo) como responsable independiente: nosotros no vemos ni guardamos los datos de tu tarjeta ni de tu cuenta PayPal, con contrato de encargado de tratamiento y servidores en la Unión Europea cuando es posible. Si nos escribes por WhatsApp, ese mensaje se rige también por la política de privacidad de WhatsApp.

Tus derechos

Puedes pedir acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación y portabilidad de tus datos, y retirar tu consentimiento, escribiendo a info@lagomeratattoo.com. Te respondemos en el plazo máximo de un mes. Ojo: los consentimientos que la ley nos obliga a guardar no pueden borrarse antes de que pasen los 5 años. Si crees que no hemos atendido bien tu solicitud, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Cookies

Esta web no usa cookies de publicidad ni de análisis. Solo guarda en tu navegador el idioma que eliges, para mostrártelo la próxima vez. Las fuentes tipográficas se sirven desde nuestro propio servidor. Guaci, la asistente virtual, funciona en tu navegador y no guarda tus mensajes. Si llegas con el enlace de recomendación de un amigo, guardamos ese código en tu navegador durante 90 días para que su recompensa le llegue.

Estadísticas de visitas

Para saber qué páginas interesan más, contamos visitas de forma anónima y sin cookies: solo sumamos, por día, la página vista, el idioma, si llegas desde Google, Instagram, etc. y si usas móvil u ordenador. No guardamos tu IP ni ningún identificador, y no es posible saber quién eres. Para recordar desde dónde llegaste mientras navegas se usa un dato temporal que el navegador borra al cerrar la pestaña.

What data we process and why

Enquiries and quotes. What you send through the form (name, email or phone, service, the details each service asks for, any photos you choose to upload, and your idea or case) is stored in our database so we can reply, give you a quote and follow up, and is also sent to us by email. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s policy also applies. Legal basis: your request. Photos (for example, of your head for scalp micropigmentation) are kept in private storage that only Darío can see, and are deleted when the enquiry is deleted.
Gift cards. Your name, email, optional phone, the recipient’s name and your message, to issue, send and verify the gift card (valid for 1 year) and remind you before it expires. Legal basis: the purchase you ask us for.
Clients and informed consent. Before a tattoo, micropigmentation or piercing, Canary Islands regulations (Decree 154/2004) require us to keep a client register and the signed consent form. Legal basis: legal obligation.
Health questionnaire. The health questions in the consent form help us carry out the procedure safely. They are specially protected data, processed only with your explicit consent.
Photos, videos and audiovisual content. We only publish photos, videos or other content of your work (in which your image, including your face, may appear) on our website, social media or promotional material if you allow it in the consent form. If you don’t want your face to be shown, just tell us. You can withdraw your permission at any time.
La Gomera Tattoo Club. Only if you join (on the club page or by ticking the box on the contact form) and confirm it from the email we send you: your email, your name, your language and, if you give them, your birthday, phone and address. We use them to send you your gifts (welcome and birthday) with their discount code, reminders before they expire, studio news, free slots and offers. Legal basis: your consent. Every email includes an unsubscribe link; once you unsubscribe we stop sending you anything. Discount codes you use are recorded so they can’t be used twice.
Tips. If you leave a tip from the aftercare pages: the amount and, if you give them, your name, your email (so we can thank you) and your message. The payment is processed by PayPal. Legal basis: processing the payment and our accounting obligations.
Marketing. We won’t send you advertising unless you separately and explicitly agree.

How long we keep it

The client register and consent forms are kept for at least 5 years from the procedure date, as required by Decree 154/2004. Gift card data is kept while the gift card can be used and for the applicable tax periods. Enquiries that don’t lead to an appointment are deleted after 2 years at the latest.

Who else has access

We never sell or share your data. We use providers that process it on our behalf (web hosting; Supabase for the database, with servers in Ireland; Resend for email delivery). Online payments (gift cards and tips) are processed by PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg) as an independent controller: we never see or store your card or PayPal account details, under data processing agreements and with EU servers where possible. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s privacy policy also applies.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by emailing info@lagomeratattoo.com. We reply within one month. Please note that consent forms we are legally required to keep cannot be deleted before the 5 years have passed. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. It only stores the language you choose in your browser, so it’s remembered next time. Fonts are served from our own server. Guaci, the virtual assistant, runs in your browser and doesn’t store your messages. If you arrive through a friend’s referral link, we keep that code in your browser for 90 days so they get their reward.

Visit statistics

To learn which pages people find most interesting, we count visits anonymously and without cookies: per day we only add up the page viewed, the language, whether you came from Google, Instagram, etc. and whether you use a phone or a computer. We don’t store your IP or any identifier, and it is not possible to know who you are. To remember where you came from while you browse, a temporary value is used that your browser deletes when you close the tab.

Welche Daten wir verarbeiten und wozu

Anfragen und Kostenvoranschläge. Was du über das Formular sendest (Name, E-Mail oder Telefon, Leistung, die Angaben, die jede Leistung abfragt, die Fotos, die du hochladen möchtest, und deine Idee oder dein Fall), speichern wir in unserer Datenbank, um dir zu antworten, einen Kostenvoranschlag zu erstellen und nachzufassen; zusätzlich erhalten wir es per E-Mail. Schreibst du uns per WhatsApp, gilt außerdem die Datenschutzerklärung von WhatsApp. Rechtsgrundlage: deine Anfrage. Fotos (zum Beispiel von deinem Kopf für die Haar-Mikropigmentierung) liegen in einem privaten Speicher, den nur Darío sieht, und werden mit der Anfrage gelöscht.
Geschenkkarten. Dein Name, deine E-Mail, optional deine Telefonnummer, der Name der beschenkten Person und deine Nachricht, um die Karte (1 Jahr gültig) auszustellen, zu senden, zu prüfen und dich vor dem Ablauf zu erinnern. Rechtsgrundlage: dein Kauf.
Kundinnen, Kunden und Einverständniserklärungen. Vor einem Tattoo, einer Mikropigmentierung oder einem Piercing verpflichtet uns das kanarische Recht (Dekret 154/2004), ein Kundenregister zu führen und die unterschriebene Einverständniserklärung aufzubewahren. Rechtsgrundlage: gesetzliche Pflicht.
Gesundheitsfragebogen. Die Gesundheitsfragen in der Einverständniserklärung dienen der sicheren Durchführung. Es sind besonders geschützte Daten, die wir nur mit deiner ausdrücklichen Einwilligung verarbeiten.
Fotos, Videos und audiovisuelle Inhalte. Wir veröffentlichen Fotos, Videos oder andere Inhalte deiner Arbeit (auf denen dein Bild, auch dein Gesicht, zu sehen sein kann) auf der Website, in sozialen Netzwerken oder in Werbematerial nur, wenn du es in der Einwilligung erlaubst. Wenn dein Gesicht nicht zu sehen sein soll, sag es uns einfach. Du kannst die Erlaubnis jederzeit widerrufen.
La Gomera Tattoo Club. Nur wenn du beitrittst (auf der Club-Seite oder mit dem Häkchen im Kontaktformular) und es über die E-Mail bestätigst, die wir dir schicken: deine E-Mail, dein Name, deine Sprache und – falls angegeben – dein Geburtstag, deine Telefonnummer und deine Adresse. Wir nutzen sie, um dir deine Geschenke (Willkommen und Geburtstag) mit Rabattcode, Erinnerungen vor deren Ablauf, Neuigkeiten, freie Termine und Angebote zu schicken. Rechtsgrundlage: deine Einwilligung. Jede E-Mail enthält einen Abmeldelink; danach schicken wir dir nichts mehr. Eingelöste Rabattcodes werden gespeichert, damit sie nicht doppelt genutzt werden.
Trinkgeld. Wenn du über die Pflegeseiten ein Trinkgeld gibst: der Betrag und – falls angegeben – dein Name, deine E-Mail (damit wir uns bedanken können) und deine Nachricht. Die Zahlung wickelt PayPal ab. Rechtsgrundlage: Abwicklung der Zahlung und unsere Buchhaltungspflichten.
Werbung. Wir schicken dir keine Werbung, außer du stimmst dem gesondert und ausdrücklich zu.

Speicherdauer

Das Kundenregister und die Einverständniserklärungen werden gemäß Dekret 154/2004 mindestens 5 Jahre ab dem Behandlungsdatum aufbewahrt. Daten zu Geschenkkarten speichern wir, solange die Karte einlösbar ist, und für die steuerlichen Fristen. Anfragen ohne Termin werden spätestens nach 2 Jahren gelöscht.

Wer sonst Zugriff hat

Wir verkaufen oder teilen deine Daten nicht. Wir nutzen Dienstleister, die sie in unserem Auftrag verarbeiten (Webhosting; Supabase als Datenbank mit Servern in Irland; Resend für den E-Mail-Versand). Online-Zahlungen (Geschenkkarten und Trinkgeld) wickelt PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxemburg) als eigenständig Verantwortlicher ab: Deine Karten- oder PayPal-Daten sehen und speichern wir nie, mit Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag und möglichst Servern in der EU. Wenn du uns per WhatsApp schreibst, gilt zusätzlich die Datenschutzerklärung von WhatsApp.

Deine Rechte

Du kannst Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Widerspruch, Einschränkung und Datenübertragbarkeit verlangen und deine Einwilligung widerrufen – per E-Mail an info@lagomeratattoo.com. Wir antworten innerhalb eines Monats. Einverständniserklärungen, die wir gesetzlich aufbewahren müssen, können vor Ablauf der 5 Jahre nicht gelöscht werden. Beschwerden kannst du bei der spanischen Datenschutzbehörde einreichen (aepd.es).

Diese Website verwendet keine Werbe- oder Analyse-Cookies. Sie speichert in deinem Browser nur die gewählte Sprache, damit sie beim nächsten Besuch erhalten bleibt. Die Schriften werden von unserem eigenen Server geladen. Guaci, die virtuelle Assistentin, läuft in deinem Browser und speichert keine Nachrichten. Um zu wissen, welche Seiten am meisten interessieren, zählen wir Besuche anonym und ohne Cookies: Pro Tag addieren wir nur die aufgerufene Seite, die Sprache, ob du über Google, Instagram usw. kommst und ob du Handy oder Computer nutzt. Wir speichern weder deine IP noch eine Kennung; es ist nicht möglich zu wissen, wer du bist. Um zu merken, woher du kamst, während du surfst, wird ein temporärer Wert genutzt, den dein Browser beim Schließen des Tabs löscht.
